Oleg Valerievich was born on the 6th of October 1978. He graduated from the following universities: Moscow State University, Tomsk Polytechnic University, Heriot Watt University, INSEAD and RANEPA. He is a Deputy General Director of the Russian Energy Agency of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, Senior Researcher of the Institute of Petrochemical Synthesis named after A.V.Topchiev of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Associate Professor of Gubkin University.
He has more than 15 years of experience with Schlumberger in Russia, Norway, USA and France. Author of more than 100 scientific publications (Scopus h=10) and more than 20 patents. Honored Petroleum Explorer, Honored Oilman, Honored Worker of Science and High Technologies.
He was awarded the medal of the Order For Services to the Fatherland of the 2nd degree.
