The goals and objectives of development and implementation of Moni-
toring of the dredges operation hardware-software complex, allowing to
solve the problems of remote operational control and operative-dispatch
management at soil hydraulic deposition works execution, are given. Four
levels of this software complex are considered. Block diagram of dredge
data transfer is given.
