The capability of polymer-silicate composition (PSK-2) application as deposit-gel-forming reagent, allowing to regulate the permeability of water-saturated interlayers and to increase the sweep efficiency by treatment, is substantiated. The ability of the PSK-2 to the deposit forming in contact with mineralized formation water is confirmed. The rheological and filtration properties of the compositions BZhK biopolymer, Sialit-30 and PSK-2 I are investigated.
