Spike program for calculation the amount of hazardous substance

Spike program, designed at TomskNIPIneft VNK OAO within the development of CAD, is presented. The program is assigned to automate the calculations of mass discharges of hazardous substances and quantity of substances, involved in accidents at industrial facilities and in the creation of damaging factors, as well as for the analysis of accidents development scenarios.
