The relevance and prospects of research on improving the efficiency of oil treatment complex by reducing production costs demulsification justified by the objective conditions of increasing demand and dependence in energy and material-technical resources for industries of oil and gas companies.

The evaluation of the effectiveness of the technological process of treatment facilities identified possible causes of the increase in operating costs for the demulsification of crude oil. Attention was drawn to the need for objective evaluation of the current state of demulsification. During laboratory work and pilot testing to determine the effectiveness of demulsifiers, it is found that a key factor affecting the efficiency of the demulsification process at the oil fields, is the hydrodynamic regime.

In the end identified promising areas optimization of the hydrodynamic mode field demulsification and developed schematic diagram of an improved level demulsification by upgrading equipment.

Thus, the presented results are a clear rationale for further development of methods for the assessment of technological excellence and calculation of the main parameters of the modernized equipment, typical for the optimum mode field demulsification and its implementation on industrial facilities.
