Management of regulatory and methodological documents as a basis for functional development by the example of exploration direction in Gazprom Neft PJSC

The systematic approach is used in solving problems of business process management, regulation and standardization in the function of exploration and resource base development in Gazprom Neft Company. It allows to create and maintain a culture of work standards that leads to efficiency business and performance processes increasing. Development of tools for monitoring and regulation/standardization process control based on "health cards" allows to transparently and systematically manage the regulatory and procedural documentation, keeping it up to date.
