Participants of conferences of the Neftyanoye Hozyaystvo magazine can provide the reports, theses and the presentations for placement them in open access on the magazine website. Indexes (UDC, BKK) and the international book number (ISBN) are appropriated to reports. The edition will be included in the Russian Index of a Scientific Tsititrovaniye (RIST).
