Oil desalting technology with use of devices with a movable filling

At fields oil desalting problems are considered. The hypothesis of salts crystallization at heating of preliminary dehyd - rated oil in PTB type furnaces (tube block furnace) is theoretically proved. Recommendations on salts crystallization prevention and increase of the efficiency of oil desalting are developed. Results of field tests of the oil desalting technology in view of the made recommendations are given.
