The aim of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of the destruction of persistent oil-water emulsions under the influence of rotating electromagnetic field (VEMP) and mechanical grinding. The subject of the work is to study the effectiveness of the separation of oil-water emulsions by quantitative analysis of the structure and microphotography-water globules followed by statistical processing of the results. We consider the behavior of the microstructure of the original oil emulsion consistently exposed VEMP, mechanical crushing and processing SNPCH-4460U. Moreover, the original oil emulsion aggregation stability is a finely divided substance second type (water in oil) with a predominant size of up to 5 microns (> 90%), with the smallest particle size fraction (fraction 1 - 1.5 micron) is 16.96% wt. It is shown that under the influence of experimental conditions VEMP particle size of the overall assessment increased 5.5 times, in particular, the proportion of particles larger than 6 microns increased from 8.9 to 54.2%, the water content was reduced from 66 to 0.18% wt. Mechanical crushing further increases the proportion of large particles (> 6 mm) to 70% water content is reduced to 0.08 wt%. Wherein supplement to the treated emulsion SNPCH-4460U demonstrated under the experimental conditions significantly reduce the effectiveness of separating water from crude oil (from 66 to 20% by weight).
