Prospecting and further development issues for U2 reservoir in RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC activity area

This paper presents regional scale investigation for petroleum prospecting in RN-Yuganskneftegaz LLC activity area (West Siberia, Russia). The object is Jurassic reservoir (U2) with low reservoir property and complex structure. The results show that in spite of complex structure and considerable depths of reservoirs they are still perspective objects for exploration and development works.
