The most important external economic risks, trends and factors, that could significantly affect the future world development, are given. It is noted, that according to estimates and forecasts of the leading analytical centers hydrocarbon resources in the coming decades will remain the basis of the world power consumption. The forecast of world production of crude oil, liquid hydrocarbons, produced from the gas, and unconventional raw materials before 2035 is given
