Authors: N.G. Nurgalieva (Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University), R.R. Gabdrakhmanov (Repsol Higher Training Centre, Mostoles, Madrid, Spain)

Key words: Illizi basin, lithological and facial mapping, oil prospecting

In present paper facial maps have been reconstructed on base of log and seismic data within South-East of Illizi basin. The maps have been built using recent facial classifications and method of lithological number. North-eastern and eastern areas of investigated territory have been revealed as most perspective for further oil prospecting.
