Calculation of reliability of elements of technological pipelines by methods of nonparametric statistics

The new approach to estimation of pipelines and pipeline systems lifetime is considered on an example of the jack of temperature deformations. Estimation of reliability based on nonparametric statistics methods applying to pipeline stress-strain condition parameters obtained by finite elements method is proposed. The approach is allowed to determine reliability and lifetime of pipelines with determined probabiliti. The considered algorithm allows to carry out the analysis of prochnostny reliability of the jack under any other service conditions defined by set of pressure and temperature.
