Technology of oil-and-gas exploration wells research by bigradient self-potential logging

Problems of the informativity increase of self-potential logging method, which are expressed in improving its vertical resolution, static potentials determining, basic calculation parameters evaluating (the coefficients of porosity and oil saturation) for reservoirs of different thickness, including a small ones (up to 0.5 m), are considered. The studies were conducted on the basis of the methodology of mathematical modeling using the theory of  self-potential method in the stack  of electrically heterogeneous, anisotropic layers with different radii of zones of flushing fluid penetration.
