The article concerns a development of corporate information system to increase accuracy and effectiveness of cost estimation for capital investments in construction and oil and gas fields infrastructure development during feasibility study. This system based on PK Resurs software platform is a tool of summarizing, unification and user-friendly access to corporate data. Implementation program is described taking into account methodological consideration, procedures and normative documents development and practical realization.
