Application of geo-navigation for operative control of horizontal wells path

Reviewed are drilling results of one of the wells in the North Sea. Presented is a disposition of the well-bore near water bearing formation, using geo-navigation, and, also, horizontal well profile with two sections of crookedness increase and linear inclined section. Given are examples of “stratigraphic drilling” of two horizontal wells at Dunga field, situated in Mangishlak region of Kazachstan, and of six wells at West Africa shelf.
